Haven Rewards

Haven Rewards can be redeemed on all Advanced Facial Treatments and add-ons, excluding extractions (please ask us if you’re unsure what’s included). 

 

1 Haven Reward point is equal to $1, and you must have a minimum of 100 points before your reward can be redeemed. You can continue earning points above this, to redeem against a higher value treatment in the future. 

 

Only one treatment per appointment can be redeemed using Haven Rewards, and the points cannot be used as partial payment for a treatment. 

 

Haven Rewards are not earned and cannot be redeemed through Gift Voucher purchases. 

 

Haven Reward points expire after 18 months, and cannot be transferred to another client. 

 

The Haven Rewards scheme is available to clients who subscribe to our newsletter and marketing database. To qualify, your contact details must be up to date, and mobile and email address provided. 

 

The terms and conditions of Haven Rewards may vary from time to time at the sole discretion of Haven Skin Spa management.
