Etiquette at Haven
Our therapists cultivate a feeling of peace and tranquility at Haven Skin Spa clinics. We ask you to help us, help others, and help yourself by:
Giving yourself time – please arrive on time, or call us if you’re running late. Latecomers may face shorter appointments to avoid disrupting our next clients.
Giving your phone a break – please switch your mobile phone to silent while in our clinics, and refrain from taking calls.
Giving plenty of notice – we require 24 hours notice for all time changes and cancellations. If notice is not provided, we charge a $35 room service fee. Gift Vouchers also become void if recipients don’t show up for appointments.
